Lima Memorial Occupational Health provides treatment to people who have been injured on the job. We also help employers and coworkers care for each other's safety, health and welfare, both on the job and in daily life. Our goals are to foster a safe and healthy work environment, minimize on-the-job risks, manage existing medical conditions and prevent chronic illness.
Our Workplace Wellness team partners with employers to develop targeted and customized programs that increase productivity, reduce healthcare costs and help employees live healthier, happier lives.

Lima Memorial Occupational Health is led by a board-certified physician and certified professionals with deep experience in the specialized and federally regulated field of occupational health. This experience and expertise has made us a top health system in region.
Today, we provide occupational health services to more than 100 businesses in Northwest Ohio, from small, family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies – including Lima Memorial Health System itself.
Our Occupational Health team works with the Lima Memorial Emergency Center to treat or prevent job-related injuries, provide facility inspections and consult with company representatives to help reduce lost workdays and returning employees back to work. Our services include:
- 24-hour work injury care
- Pre-employment, OSHA-mandated or Department of Transportation-ordered physicals
- Drug and alcohol screening
- Laboratory services
- Radiology
- Spirometry lung testing
- Respirator fit testing
